The English translation
Speaker: Tobias Moretti, actor ... ... .. Innsbruck Tyrolean actor Tobias Moretti ... aka Joe, this is unmistakably a natural Tyrolean,
it could not have been any other. If you now see the assembled movie, how does it affect you, as a Tyrolean, not only directly as an actor,
probably one has that in oneself- as it were, but also as a Tyrolean?
Tobias: The first thing to say is that these horrors based on utopia actually scare me. Anticipation. The reaction of the people from the
tourism sector does not surprise me, because this movie makes use of clear media, the funds of the farce and the abstraction. And it does
not only concern the fact that one can find a clear reproduction of realistic situations, in the sense of a utopian play, but Symbolism.
And this symbolism has much to do - for me in any case - with the sale of the home, with the total sale and marketing of nature, the
prostitution of traditions, demonstrations of traditions, stereotypes, etc.. And so far the film has actually come true, for me.
Speaker: What do you say to the argument that the film is in its criticism, in its questioning so far away, goes so far over our heads,
so to speak, that the whole thing no longer applies. This is an argument that was represented very much by the tourist people ...
Tobias: I think it depends on the expectations. One got used through the first three parts, which were very compact in drama, to the fact
that a story was being told, and the fourth part tells a story or it is a collection of small stories that fit into each other, but yet
each stands alone. As an abstraction on the one hand, but also as a utopia in the purpose and there may be people who have come to expect
now to see a continuous action, and who, maybe do not get on well with it.
